Life of Pi
This book describes a scene from the Life of Pi movie in which Pi is on a boat surrounded by bioluminescence and a whale suddenly leaps from the water. I chose a wide landscape format to reflect the expanse of the ocean in the scene. The text block functions as the horizon line, which is then broken as the whale suddenly breaches and the type leaps to the top of the page.
